What are your fees?

I charge $75 for individuals and $100 for partnerships for a 50 minute session. I offer extended sessions upon request. I also offer sliding scale pricing if appropriate; please don’t hesitate to reach out if cost is a barrier to your care.

What type of clients do you work with?

I treat partnerships and individuals, those that identify as women, men and non-binary, monogamous and polyamorous partnerships, and straight and LGBTQIA+ people. I offer care to anyone and everyone, with one caveat: you must be 18 or older to book a session.

I have a passion for serving marginalized communities: BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent clients. These communities deserve accessible and affirming care. I consider it a privilege to be able to serve these individuals.

What is your availability?

My availability changes each week, but in general I offer flexible appointment times Monday-Thursday, morning appointments on Friday, and mid-day appointments on Saturday.

Do you accept insurance?

No, and I am not an in-network provider with any insurance carrier.

Do you see patients in person?

At this time all of my appointments are virtual video calls.

Do you only see clients who live in Dallas?

No, I can coach individuals all over the world. You do not have to live in Dallas, or even Texas, to make an appointment.

How can I schedule a session?

You have the option of sending me an email at Kelly@WillowIntimacy.com, clicking the “Schedule a free consultation” link, or calling me at 972-703-2303.

What is your cancellation policy?

Should you need to cancel your appointment, I require a 24-hour notice. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours of your session will incur a $25 cancellation fee. If you no-show your appointment you will pay the full price of your session.

What happens in the free consultation?

The initial consultation is 10-15 minutes long and is a way for us to discuss your needs and establish goals for our coaching sessions.

Are you a therapist?

No, I am a certified coach who specializes in sex, relationships, dating, and self-esteem. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. I am not a licensed therapist.

Do you offer self-esteem or life coaching?

Yes! If you want to book a session that doesn’t specifically focus on healthy relationships or sex, you absolutely can. I want my clients to succeed in every aspect of their life, not just in the bedroom.
